Page Validation on Lab Activities

Currently when something is incorrect or missing in a "New Question" activities form; clicking the save or save and insert buttons do nothing. This gives end users the impression that something is wrong with the platform. This is not particularly user friendly and generates support tickets. This may apply to all activity forms when editing lab instructions.

Who would most benefit from this idea? Lab Developers or Lab Authors
What is the problem you are trying to solve?

My suggestion is that we add page validation to identify errors, or missing fields, to give activities a bump in quality of life.

We agree that this is a great idea and will get added to the backlog. Based on priorities there is no indication when this can be committed to.
