Currently when something is incorrect or missing in a "New Question" activities form; clicking the save or save and insert buttons do nothing. This gives end users the impression that something is wrong with the platform. This is not particularly user friendly and generates support tickets. This may apply to all activity forms when editing lab instructions.

My suggestion is that we add page validation to identify errors, or missing fields, to give activities a bump in quality of life. |
Thanks for taking some time to send along this suggestion! Our Product Group has given this an initial review... we love it. We cannot yet commit to a specific timeframe, but we've assigned this as "Likely to Implement," so stay tuned to this thread for updates over the next few weeks or months.

Thank you for the idea. This is a good point to assist with some indication when an entry on the form is incorrect or missing.
We agree that this is a great idea and will get added to the backlog. Based on priorities there is no indication when this can be committed to.
