Would like to use a tool https://www.markup.io/ to be able to initiate a review workflow for the Lab Manual instructions. This will allow for collaborative multi-user review workflows. I am not able to use this tool as it does not support when the site opens a new window (in this case for the Lab manual button).

What is the problem you are trying to solve?
Audience: When working on labs there are the design team, the content owners, the Subject matter owners, and the reviewers. Content/Instruction Review Workflow: Would need to have a review workflow linked to the Lab Manual before the Lab is released. The only way to do a review of the Lab Manual currently is to transform it to another media (ie Word) then initiate the review workflow there. The challenge is that you lose a lot of the formatting, linked images, and such. Trying to find a way to do a review linked to the actual Webpage manual (this way none of the markdown goodies are lost and all of the instructions, links, popups will work. Possible Soln: If the Lab manual was able to be reached directly then there would be a way to integrate this WebPage Review Workflow tool (MarkUp.io). |

Have you tried using www.ruttl.com instead?
It's much faster and more robust tool comparatively.
