Not all settings are updated when using the save as option

For some profiles, if we use the save as option available in an existing virtual machine profile to create a new virtual machine profile, all settings are not copied correctly to the new profile.

For example, we copied an existing virtual machine profile which had the Enable Disk UUID option selected, the new virtual machine did not have this option selected.
