The LOD / TMS documentation is very detailed, complete and accurate. However because of the depth of knowledge from the product creators high level and overall process flow is lacking. For example, I would like to know how from start to finish to create a lab and how the various components fit in to create a lab. Terminology is also missing. The product is so very detailed and there are so many options that for someone like myself, who has limited time, needs a guide to quickly bring a lab from development to production.

Closing this ideas as this feature already exists with the In UX helper. If there are specific features that is not covered in the In UX helper, please open a new idea and describe the specific areas or features that need more focus. The In UX helper is always evolving with more assisted help within the products.
Have not heard back on this idea, moving to closed. The In UX helper is always being updated and since no further specific details/use cases were received, changing this to already exists.
Brian, I am following up with you on this idea. Did you receive the guidance you needed with the In UX help and any of the videos? The In UX helper is always being updated with new information so wanted to make sure you were aware of all of the helper tools.
Thank you all for the feedback! We have begun implementing some new in-UX guidance as well as the resource center (lower right of the screen) to try and help abate some of these pain points. If there are specific examples of In-UX guides you would like to see we are happy to put them under consideration.
I agree that full workflow documentation could be significantly improved but each client might use LOD very differently so it may be difficult to create specific documentation on end-to-end processes. In truth, I find the documentation system for LOD quite lacking. Even when I believe that documentation exists it can be difficult to find as the Search functionality is not very good. I would like to see full documentation of features before those features are released and have a list of related documents linked to each document.
There are, however a number of YouTube videos on their channel, the Slack Channel and weekly webinars which can be invaluable to getting up to speed quickly if you are new to LOD. I would really love to see more client engagement in the Slack channels as that is a great way for LOD clients to connect and discuss real-life situations and get beyond-the-box solutions to unique challenges.
