When Launching a Lab it would sometimes be beneficial to include "baked In" snapshots. These snapshots would differ from user snapshots as they could not be deleted or modified by the user. Otherwise they would be identical.
This would allow multiple states to be accessed within a lab without requiring user intervention.
For instance, we have a few labs where we instruct the user to install some software, occasionally multiple times in a single lab, but it can take 10 to 15 minutes to complete the installation. During this time the user is not engaged with any other activity. This can artificially inflate the lab duration resulting in increased costs and reduced user satisfaction.
An extension of this request it would be beneficial if it were possible to access the snapshot directly from the lab instructions and/or to script the action in an Automated Activity much like how a VM can be switched to or a user's name can be accessed.
