A simple report that student successfully accomplished all tasks. So that, at the end instructor can verify "Student X : 100%" completed. Not sure if possible

Have not received any further comments on this idea with the posted solutions in the comments. Since this feature exists already closing this idea.
Have not received any update as to the proposed workflow.
On the Lab instance report there is a way to show Percent Complete which may fit this request for activities within a Lab.
If you are commenting on TMS course assignments then look at the Course assignment report and add in Completion Status as an Output option to see if students are completed all course activities.
