I tried to create a trouble ticket, clicked CAPTCHA and submit. It showed an error in the ticket which I corrected. I tried to submit again but it said I needed to CAPTCHA. When I clicked CAPTCHA a second time nothing happened so I could not submit the ticket. Please recreate my experience (I forgot to add a title) and see if you can submit a ticket without a title, fix it, then submit with the title.

What is the problem you are trying to solve?
I am trying to submit a trouble ticket and the submission fails. |
Thanks for taking some time to send along this suggestion! Our Product Group has given this an initial review... we love it. We cannot yet commit to a specific timeframe, but we've assigned this as "Likely to Implement," so stay tuned to this thread for updates over the next few weeks or months.

Thank you for your additional information. Sorry that you are having issues with the submission form. There may also be some browser plugins that are conflicting with this form submission.
We are currently working on a better integration with our Ticketing system. This will be integrated within our products directly to allow for a much tighter integration.
The Skillable TMS is targeting this to be completed Q4 2022.
I am teaching from home and have 2 ISPs = Cox cable and Verizon FIOS.
I have a dual-WAN router that fails over to the other ISP when there
is a glitch.
When I tried to submit the ticket without a subject, first I had to
pass CAPTCHA before I could select Submit. When I tried to submit,
the form popped me to the top of the form and a red warning appeared
that told me I did not have a subject. I added a subject. CAPTCHA was
idle (in other words, CAPTCHA neither said I had passed (but I did
previously before I clicked Submit)) but when I clicked Submit after
adding the title, I received another red error message that said I
needed to do CAPTCHA first (which I did the first time but CAPTCHA
would not let me repeat another CAPTCHA) so I was stuck in an endless
loop and could not submit the trouble ticket.
It might be that my router saw a momentary issue and changed ISPs from
Cox to Fios which changed the IP address in the middle of generating
the ticket. I don't think that is what happened though because my
webmail insists I login again if my IP changes. I always have webmail
up and did not notice webmail complain while I was creating the
trouble ticket.
Next, I copied the info from my first trouble ticket attempt to
Notepad and closed the first Skillable trouble ticket and then opened
another request. I copied everything from Notepad to the new ticket
and it went through successfully.
I cannot recreate the problem.
I am glad it is working for you now. It is difficult to create a
trouble ticket to tell you I can't submit a trouble ticket when I
can't submit a trouble ticket.
Aren't computers fun?
Thanks,
Ray
