Support Terraform templates as a Template Deployment alternative to ARM and Cloud Formation

Update Lab Profiles and Cloud Fabric templates to support the use of Terraform. By supporting Terraform. One great feature of Terraform is the technology is fabric agnostic therefore the implementation across different cloud fabrics would be simple after the first has been onboarded.

Who would most benefit from this idea? Lab Builders
What is the problem you are trying to solve?

Many (potential) Customers use Terraform templates for provisioning cloud based resources. If the wish to use Skillable to provision the same resources as part of a Lab Profile they have to convert the Terraform template into a a cloud native template (ARM/Cloud Formation). By being able to support Terraform customer can onboard their existing templates sooner and start delivering their labs/classes sooner. In addition a customer would not need to learn a new technology template technology. Supporting Terraform would also likely enable customers to explore using other cloud fabrics without having to learn the templating technology.
In terms of impact with new customers. Over 50% of new customers that use the cloud ask this question, some are not overly concerned (SecureWorks & Onestream) as examples, other it can be a big show stopper.
