The expiry on subscriptions should be configurable by TMS admins.

What is the problem you are trying to solve?
Users are getting locked out of their labs and there's no easy way for us to get them access again because the expiry field is not configurable for admins!
Christine, there is a configurable option that can be enabled at the organization level to adjust this date. Connecting with our Operations team to grant this to your Organization.

It was both. Existing and new users were blocked by the setting.

When a subscription is assigned to a user there is a default expiry date of one year automatically set for the assignment.
Are the users that were being blocked out, existing users that were limited by this setting or new users?
