When an anonymous user is looking at a course details page, it isn't clear to them that they need to log in to access the course. The only login link is the small one in the upper right.
The best thing would be to have the Enroll/Continue button that users see when they are logged in appear as a Log In button when the page is viewed by an anonymous user.
